The menu will reference Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean cuisine and will be served small plate style. The robata will grill skewers of succulent meats, teriyaki beef and miso salmon. Fried chicken will come with a spicy Korean sauce and foods will be designed to be eaten by hand.

The bar will stock a small selection of independent spirit brands with a focus on products from Japan such as sake, whiskey and plum wine. Draft beer will be served along with other London craft beer. The 8 house cocktails will be accompanied by a concise wine list with a couple of red, white and rose. Izakaya Bar & Kitchen will deliver the highest quality beverages without the embellished fuss of usual cocktails bars.
