Mamalama is a new restaurant from the team behind Pachamama Marylebone, East and Chicama in Chelsea and is an all day restaurant concept that will feature a casual cocktail bar. 

With the groups signature, modern take on Peruvian cuisine, cultivated for a London audience, Mamalama will be a mid-range eatery where food is fresh and healthy, service is efficient and fast and the atmosphere bright and lively. 

The menu will take the diner through the best culinary offerings of Peru with fresh, seafood ceviches, super-nutritious salads with the most popular dishes from Pachamama restaurant, developed and interpreted for the Mamalama kitchen. 

The center piece will be an open, multi-skewered rotisserie to serve the Peruvian favourite, Pollo a la brasa. The bar will produce fruity pisco sours using the best seasonal produce, alongside a menu of vibrant, Peruvian-themed cocktails.


As Pachamama Group’s project, Mamalama will be a concept that translates the best of their critically-acclaimed restaurant Pachamama, it into a moderately-priced menu. Pachamama Group is comprised of a team of impassioned restaurateurs from different backgrounds in the industry, who are able to deliver a concept/formula for a restaurant that can be scalable, with intentions of rolling it out as a chain across London. With an adaptable foundation, Mamalama is able to work with any space. Each restaurant will be designed differently to provide a unique experience to the diner.
